    Dell's range of Rugged notebooks is getting a new addition in the form of the Latitude 12 Rugged Tablet, a 11.6-inch tablet designed for extreme conditions. Targeted at the military, first responders, adventurers and industrial workers, the tablet can withstand spills, sand and dust, drops from over four feet and extreme temperatures ranging from -20 to 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
