    Oculus has already announced the hardware requirements for a Windows PC to use its upcoming Oculus Rift virtual reality headset. Now the company says it is partnering with PC hardware companies to offer consumers some "Oculus Ready" rigs that are made specifically for the Oculus Rift headset with prices starting at less than $1,000.
