In case you haven't noticed, the holiday season is already in full swing, and Microsoft wants to offer developers a chance to submit their apps to the Windows Store so they can be published in time for the big Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's holidays.
Microsoft said that app sales last year in November, December and January were 40 percent above the usual average, so it's a good idea for developers to have their apps ready to go for all those new Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile devices that will be in people's hands during the holidays.
