Some Xbox One Call of Duty: Black Ops III gamers hit with DLC download issues

If you bought the Deluxe Edition of Call of Duty: Black Ops III for the Xbox One and are not able to download some of your pre-order DLC content, you are not alone. Microsoft is aware that some owners of Activision's first-person shooter are having issues with accessing those packs.
