Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.164 released to Insider Slow and Preview Ring

This afternoon, Microsoft is releasing a new build of Windows 10 Mobile for those on the Slow and Production Rings of the phone Insider program. The release of build 10586.164 is up from build 10586.122 release six days ago.
