Microsoft is offering what the company is calling its Surface Membership for the company's range of PC hardware. Tailored to small businesses, the new payment plans will allow the purchase of the Surface Book, Surface Pro 4 and Surface 3 on more affordable monthly amounts. As noted by Paul Thurrott, this promotion appears to be only available to businesses and not individual customers.
