I can not deploy it on Windows Tablet, and I tried it to deploy by same way as in tutorial. But it says some certificate error. Is there any other way to deploy this app to Windows 10 Pro (x64)?

On a windows 10 - not mobile- device, you must add this certificate when you install, in the "Certificate" box :) https://github.com/ST-Apps/PoGo-UWP/..._x64_Debug.zip
