iCloud and Dropbox which both can transfer files from iPhone to Windows 10 through the cloud services. FonePaw iOS Transfer and Wondershare both can transfer many kinds of files like photos, songs, videos, WhatsApp messages etc between iOS devices and Windows 10 with USB cable. The iTunes can transfer some files to computer as well, but most of people don't like to use iTunes as a transfer software. And it's been lasted for a long period.
