    For me only working on PC, phone version does not work. However could try it out with the web version. Also speech translation stopped working since last update.
    Cortana translations by voice are still working.

    It amazes me how close we are to a universal translator in a device. It seems like a challenge is needed; start sending people who speak only 1 of the 9 languages abroad to the others and see if they can navigate a couple days in that country with only their phone.
