Windows 10 preview build 15002 rolling out to Fast Ring Insiders on PC

The long wait is finally over: a fresh Windows 10 Insider build is rolling out to Fast Ring Insiders on PC today with build number 15002.

Downloaded and installed fine BUT I now have a PROBLEM....
First I hate EDGE so I use IE11 and do a lot of cut & paste from note pad to IE11 in my usual processes. That being said after this update to Build 15002 if I have IE11 and note pad open on the desktop I CAN'T move between the 2 screens. IE11 becomes dominate. I have to shrink IE11 to taskbar to access notepad then reaccess IE11. This is NOT RIGHT.......

Downloaded but not updated because I go to GSOD with error stopcode: DPC whatch DOG VIOLATION, ideas to understand why? same problem that occurred from build 14971 trying to install the 14986 and now the 14393,594 trying to install the 15002 see photos
