    Although its Xbox One release was first teased almost a year and a half ago, Cities: Skylines is finally set to re-emerge for its debut on consoles. With Paradox Interactive's city management simulator soon surpassing its second anniversary on PC, an Xbox One version is finally on track for a public showcase at GDC 2017.

    Despite the game's reveal as a part of Microsoft's ID@Xbox showcase at Gamescom 2015, Cities Skylines transition to Xbox One has been kept on the down-low ever since. With 18 months having passed since this tease, the game has continued to be among the most highly anticipated ID@Xbox titles on the horizon.
