Microsoft hit with $5 million lawsuit over Windows 10 upgrades

A group of Windows 10 users in Illinois are now suing Microsoft over claims that the move to Microsoft's latest OS caused data loss and other damages to their PCs after forced upgrades.

Or that's what they get for changing up the behavior of the X button, hiding the No Thanks, as well as axing QA and thinking Insiders will compensate. The start menu broke entirely after 10 on our home computer and after numerous those threads about data being moved to Windows.old I firmly believe there's something here.
