    In a brief and, frankly, exceedingly unexpected announcement during its day two Build 2017 keynote, Microsoft announced that iTunes is coming to the Windows Store.

    That's something I wasn't expecting...
    Without reading the full story on the blog page, I would say that this may be because of Windows 10 S.
    The tables have turned and now Apple wants users to use iTunes on a device only allowing W10 store apps.
