    Xbox Live is $60 a year, and for the most part that's not a bad value especially with the monthly free games and events like the Backwards Compatibility sale going on right now. But if you've been using it for years, that money really adds up. I'm going on a decade of Xbox Live use now, and that's the equivalent of $600 from my pocket to Microsoft's. If you're a long-time member like me, finding deals and sales can really slash into that total.
