Following negative response to redesign, Skype team says it is listening

Microsoft recently rolled out a complete redesign of the Skype app (for Android and iOS, at least), and the reaction has been less than stellar so far.

lol, many people probably switched to some other apps instead. that is strange that they do not test a completely new design with a restricted group of people before releasing it to everybody. some companies even launch their major updates to just some countries and then to the globe.
