PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is a Battle Royale experience where 100 individuals compete to be the last person standing. The title takes place in an open environment where even a pan can be used as a tool to murder your opponents.
The title is extremely popular on Steam, and today it managed to cross over 2 million concurrent players. The game is breaking records left and right, and right now it seems like the sky's the limit. However, it's not just PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds though, even titles like Fortnite are gaining a following after they added a Battle Royale mode a few weeks ago. It's hard to deny the popularity of the genre.
