Is the UWP version of Skype now at feature parity with the Win32 version?

I have Skype installed on my Windows 10 laptop, my iPhone, and on my Xbox One S. On my laptop, I have both the UWP version and the Win32 version installed. I installed both of them some time ago because IIRC I had heard that the Win32 version had more features than the UWP version. However, I never use Skype. I installed it because I signed up for a monthly subscription to it when Office 365 Personal edition was bundled with it for no extra cost. I never use it, and only got it for Office 365, and have not been keeping myself informed about the changes to it.
With that said, I would like to know if the UWP version is now at feature parity with the Win32 version, because if it is, I will uninstall the Win32 version, because it wouldn't make sense to keep both around if there is no reason to do so.
