Assassin's Creed Origins recently received an update across all platforms which adds a new "Nightmare" difficulty setting, an enemy scaling option, and a new "Horde Mode" to the Arena.
The new difficulty setting and enemy scaling options are pretty clear but Horde Mode now allows you to prove yourself in the Cyrene arena against unlimited waves of foes. However, buried deep inside the patch notes was some great news for Xbox One X owners.
It's no secret that the title looks great on Xbox One X, but it still has some issues. For example, terrain pop-in was a slight concern when you rotated the camera, and some environmental details like trees seemed oddly low-resolution compared to the rest of the world.
