    According to a report by VentureBeat, Eric Hirshberg, the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Activision Publishing, will leave his position in March 2018.
    Hirshberg announced his departure internally at Activision, which was later confirmed publicly by the company. He has been CEO for the past eight years and oversaw the rise of franchises like Call of Duty and Destiny. Needless to say that he played a major role in the publisher's success.
