The Redstone 4 RTM build is now rolling out for Insiders on HoloLens. The build is only available for those that flashed the RS4 FFU released last week, however.
Last week, Microsoft rolled out the first preview build of Redstone 4 for the HoloLens, which hadn't received any major new version of Windows 10 since the Anniversary Update. That initial RS4 build can only be installed if you flash your HoloLens with an FFU that Microsoft has provided, which would bring you up to build 17123. Today, Microsoft is rolling out the RS4 RTM build 17133 to Insiders running HoloLens RS4.
