Assassin's Creed Odyssey should look amazing on Xbox One X.
Assassin's Creed Odyssey has had a hard time when it comes to leaks. It seems like everything — from its existence to gameplay — is available either on social media or in the archives of an obscure retailer. A few weeks ago, an innocent little keychain leaked the latest installment in the staple franchise. While the publisher confirmed that the game was coming to Xbox One and other platforms, Ubisoft only showed off proper gameplay at its E3 2018 briefing. The game is expected to launch on October 5, 2018 and went up for digital preorder on Xbox One today with Xbox One X enhancements. The game is listed as a "4K Ultra HD" experience so it probably achieves native 4K resolution through dynamic scaling just like Assassin's Creed Origins.
