    Microsoft plans to open a new "state-of-the-art" headquarters in downtown Toronto, with relocation efforts set to start in 2020.

    Microsoft's Canadian arm today announced that it plans to open a new headquarters in downtown Toronto as part of a "massive new investment in Canada."
