If you're trying to build your dream home, conceptualize a new workshop in the backyard, a guest house, or even a pool or boathouse, drawing it out on paper is just not enough. You need a working 3D model that lets you move rooms around and figure out the layout that works best for you. Unless you're incredible with modeling clay, an app is probably the best (and most efficient) way to go about it.
