In 2017, Microsoft introduced a new out of box setup experience for Windows 10 that heavily featured Cortana and encouraged users to use their voice to setup their devices for the first time. yeah, many "features" need to go away.. and the file system, seriously between microsoft and devs, we have duplicates of files all over the system, to entirely uninstall something you need to manually search, hop into the registry, do 4 backflips and then MAYBE you will rid your system of useless files
