The new Oculus Rift S is on its way. We got a look at all the new specifications just a couple days ago, and since then we've also managed to take it for a spin. It's a big upgrade over the previous edition, the Oculus Rift CV1, but it's also going to cost around $399 when it first comes out. The original Oculus Rift has seen several price drops and deals over the years, and you're bound to find it at least $50 cheaper at the major retailers. If you're eager to get into virtual reality, but aren't quite ready to invest big in the newest system, we'll be keeping a look out for the best places to buy the original.
