    What you need to know

    [LIST][*]Firefox's "Enhanced Tracking Protection" will now be turned on by default.[*]First launched late in 2018, the feature automatically blocks third-party tracking cookies as you browse the web.[*]Enhanced Tracking Protection will be on by default for new users, and existing users will see it gradually switched on "in the coming months."[/LIST]

    Mozilla's Firefox browser is stepping things up in its efforts to combat tracking cookies across the web.
