    Over the past few years, Microsoft has doubled its first-party studios by acquiring renowned developers like Double Fine Productions, inXile Entertainment, and Obsidian Entertainment. However, the company hasn't stopped there. In order to staff these teams with the best programmers out there, Microsoft has hired Sony Interactive Entertainment's Talent Acquisition Lead.
