Mixer is an interactive livestreaming platform along the lines of Twitch. Today, another one of its co-founders, Matt Salsamendi, announced that he was leaving Microsoft for new business ventures. A post on Twitter says that Salsamendi plans to work with lasers in some capacity in the future.
