Windows Central Network Error?

When I click on a link from within the Windows Central app on my 1020, I get an error saying that "An Exception Occurred During a WebClient Request."
This happens whenever I attempt to click on a link in a posting.

I've been getting this since December on a Lumia 920, now still seeing it on an 830 for over a month. Still no answers...
