Where did "Share" go?

Is there still a share, like there was when swiping on the right. This is on a desktop, with no touch device so it may still be there on touch devices but unable to find it in this mode.

For Modern apps (or whatever the heck Microsoft wants us to call them) that menu still exists, it's just hidden. Look on the left of the app's title bar and you'll see a little drop down menu that contains all the functionality that used to be in the charms bar.

Also, you can now access the share function from File Explorer via the share tab.

Didn't even notice that, but the current implementation doesn't allow for easy screenshot sharing.
