Hybrid Start Screen on Desktop?

I really like the look of the Hybrid (Continuum?) start screen demoed for convertible tablets. With the recent/pinned programs on the left and live tiles on the right filling the entire screen. As far as I can tell I can only use either the new start menu or the old start screen in the preview...

That's because Continuum is not in the technical preview yet.

Yes, a demo, it was a mock up, not the Technical Preview.

Oh, awesome. I will just wait for it then. I kind of really like the idea of this really early technical preview, pretty exciting thinking about how many "new" features will come with updates between now and release.
