Hi all,
I installed the ISO from the insider website.
the build is 9841, I thought the last build it 9860! right??
there is no current update so how can i get 9860 build

You can google for Windows 10 TP build 9879.
There are 2 versions, Enterprise and Non-Enterprise versions.

In order to get the next build, you must install all the windows updates. Otherwise, you won't get the offer to upgrade.

There is no need to install 9860 now.
Go for build 9879 as I mentioned in my first reply.

The following links are to download the SO file, then you will need to burn it to a bootable DVD, then use the DVD to install.

I see that i have an old build.
can i get the new build with update.
it's hard to format my laptop and install windows again.
i use it for my daily work

You do NOT have to format anything.
Use my link to download build 9879 ISO, then burn it to a bootable DVD and insert the DVD into your DVD drive and do a clean install.
If you don't know how to burn an ISO file to a DVD, please post back.

If you insist on doing the "long way", then as I said earlier, you will have to install all the Windows Updates and then wait for the offer to upgrade to 9860.
Then again, you will have to make sure all required Windows Updates are install, then go to PC settings > Update and Recovery > select Preview builds > change the Slow option to Fast, and then you will get to install the latest build.
THAT is NOT the way to go.

You can't because you are on build 9841.
If you read my reply again, it applies to build 9860. The paragraph that mentions Fast is about build 9860.

Win 10 TP is available to touchscreen computers and 2 in 1 PC/Tablets.

The TP is for desktop computers. They have not released a version that includes proper support for tablets. might come with the consumer preview.

Desktop pc or touch pc, they receive the same Windows Updates.
If " proper support " means that touch pc should get updates specifically for touch devices, then you are right. But, at least, Win 10 TP is available to touch PCs.
However, just like the non-touch pc, one has to be patient and wait for MS to sort things out.
