Opaqueness of non-transparent tiles cannot be adjusted?

Warning: small, insignificant complaint below.

I think one of the reasons I never set a background image on my start screen is because I usually have at least one tile that's non-transparent. It's inconsistent and ruins the start screen, in my opinion. It was interesting to me that with Windows 10, users can now set background wallpaper behind the tiles. Then I realized that the opaqueness (if that's the right word) looks like it can't be adjusted for tiles that are non-transparent (ie, the Facebook or Photos tiles), which will again make the start screen aesthetically inconsistent. Why not make it so that all the tiles share the same level of transparency?

What you're saying is kinda right, but always remember that Windows 10 for phones is in a stage even before beta.
