How can I get back my old start screen layout ?

Installed Win10 this morning. Switched off and switched on "sync my settings". But cannot get my old start screen layout back. All my apps do show up in "All Apps". Is there anyway to fix it ? There are so many apps and software, I've been using that layout since Win8, to recreate all that would be a pain in the you-know-what.

And btw, where can I find modern layout theme (accent color, etc) settings ?

Also, I want to know how to delete the grouping in start screen

There is a file in appdata that store the start layout you can copy. To delete the groups just double click the text and delete also move the items out of the groups and it will auto delete. I'd get the file but I'm not on pc.
