Can?t download windows 10

Hi. I just tried to download Windows 10 on my Windows 7 dekstop. It took 2 hours until the Windows Updater was complete, my pc restarted itself and nothing changed. Does anybody else have this problem too? :crying:

What exactly is your question? Are you trying to download the ISO file but failed or you downloaded it already and tried to update your Windows 7 machine but failed?

I'd do a clean install if I was going from 7 to 10.

Make a bootable USB drive- search a YouTube tutorial, every info about installing a new os is also on tutorials.
