I'm on Windows 10 TP Build 9926, and currently I can't navigate Metro apps with my touchpad scroll. On desktop apps, the scroll works fine.
I also can't use the" scroll inactive windows when I hover over them" feature using the touchpad scroll on both desktop apps and Metro apps.
Is anyone else having these problem?
