So like I suspected, these have nothing to do with the rollup update and don't really matter. On the WC main page's article about the rollup update, it says that in order to install it, you must first have installed plain old 9926, so there should be no chance I already have the rollup update. Maybe it did it afterwards automatically without me knowing? But I doubt that because I'm still experiencing most issues noted PepperdotNet MIGHT have given me the solution here, but we will see
