Another way to give feedback?

So... yesterday I install the latest Windows 10 Tech Preview in my Desktop, and that's not a news in this site (a lot of fellow users had done this before), but meaby what is new is this:
The Computer is not connected to the Internet.
So, I'm not going to be abble to get updates the same way and meaby I'm gonna need to wait for another complete build to do that, but, in the meantime, I'm gonna work in that Computer with the Tech Preview, but I really wanted to give feedback about all the things I found that didn't even where supose to be, and a lot more of things.

So... you know a way to give the feedback without usin the pre-loaded Apps in the Tech Preview?
