Most probably the requirement will be 8.1 ... as microsoft has already stated that all windows phone will get.. so 512mb users dont need to worry..

I have a Lumia 830 which not yet received final denim update required for Lumia Camera 5 to work at its full potential. So until My Lumia 830 gets Denim, I will install W10 preview on my father's Lumia630 eventhough if it lacks some OS features due to 512MB RAM.
