How will Windows 10 perform on Dual core mobile(Lumia 1320) VS Quad core mobile(Lumia 730)?

Windows 10 on Dual core mobile(Lumia 1320) VS Quad core mobile(Lumia 730)

Hi friends, We have already discussed enough about 1320 vs 730. Most of you said 730 is better than 1320.

But I still not able to throw 1320 out of my mind. The battery, big screen, LCS Clrear Black screen ( I do not know, for some reason I like clear black LCD over Amoled screen) attracts me.

Now we are all set to receive windows 10 developer preview very soon. So I started to think how well windows 10 will perform in these two devices.

Recently I red an article in WC that 512mb devices will get limited features in windows
10. So will this be the case with dual core and quad core as well?
Please help.

1320 is the 3rd most powerful device on sale now after 1520 and 930. So it will handle the OS just fine but the fact is it might lack some of the new stuff(like sensor core) found in the later CPUs like SD400,800. But most of those features could be niche and won't matter to the average user.
The core OS features will work perfectly on any phone with 1gb RAM that's for sure.

Yes, bcos as far as power goes almost all the previous gen chips are having equal or better power than current SD 400 and 200.
