    'Hey Cortana' can be a toggle in Action center in both Windows10 and W10 for Phones, so when we don't want Cortana to listen to us, we can simply turn the toggle off in the Action center itself (Just like Wi-fi, BT,etc.). Saves a lot of time!
    Currently, users have to turn it on/off deep in the settings menu.

    I have listed this feature in Uservoice, so please vote!
