Update to Windows 10 TP need to be done twice?

I have downloaded the update... And installed it. The phone restarted.Migrated data.And then it showed update successful and one more step to go. That was to go to Windows insider app and choose the update again so the phone would automatically get updated to Windows 10 after one more restart. I have done that. The phone restarted. But what happened after that is the phone checked for update and it shows that downloading an update again. What is this?????

When i checked storage sense. It was back to where it was before i downloaded the update. What had happened? How does the update i installed for automatically deleted??

I am using Lumia 730. Does anyone know why this happened??

That's a normal part of the update process.
