Today I installed windows 10 technical preview...i'm unable to connect to store,my Xbox account, also the windows feedback app getting same error...i've working internet connection

So assuming this is for a PC/laptop running Windows 10 TP, did you try to login to your live account in IE to access xbox or same mail / store? Also did you try to refresh PC from settings without deleting any content?
