HELP! Lumia 830 w/ Windows 10 TP no updates.

I purchased a used Lumia 830 with Windows 10 TP already installed. Is it normal that I haven't received any updates for over two weeks? I downloaded the Windows Insider app and set the update setting to "Preview Builds: Insider Fast".

I noticed that theres inconsistent OS version information from Windows Insider App > About (OS version 8.15.12498.47) vs Settings > About (OS version 9941.12498) . Should this info be matching or is everyone else's are like that as well ?

There have been no updates the past two weeks, we're looking at monthly updates.

Can't say about the number inconsistencies.

Lol first of all congrats on your 830 Secondly, welcome to the forums and thirdly... There have been no updates to the TP as of yet So sit tight and hold on for a bit.. Updates might start coming soon Keep an eye on the WC news feed and you'll be up to date (on the latest news anyways lol)

The Windows 10 for phones is only updated monthly (if that). It hasn't been a month yet.

Not sure why you want to have TP on there.

Updates will come when they come. My guess on the OS thing is since it says 8.1, it's not W10...

As long as it doesn't affect anything, i don't think it matters.

I'll just attribute it to the utter lack of polish and finish-ness of the current build.
