Tablet not seeing 10041 available

I have an Acer tablet that I installed 9926 on via ISO.

I went to windows update to install 10041 but I was receiving an error 0x80070103 when the tablet was trying to update the Intel video so I hid the update after unlocking full windows update in registry. Now, when I Check for Updates in 9926, it says there are no updates available, but my VM updated from 9926 to 10041 just fine.

They are both set to the fast ring. I just don't know if its going out and not seeing an update or if there is a setting that is telling it to ignore any incoming updates?

I've also tried the registry changes for manually switching back to fbl_impressive as outlined here:

But that is not working either.

I cannot see the new build, I have two pcs running the TP, a Transformer T100TA and a Meego Pad HDMI dongle, May it be related to my location? I am in Per?.

I'm running W10 TP on a VM... had the same issue initially... so I first searched for updates by using the Slow Ring and then switched back to Fast Ring and searched for updates.. i did this switching twice and was able to get the 10041 build....
