Windows 10 Build 10049: Screen freezes
Hello, a few days ago I installed the new Windows 10 Build 10049. Everything worked fine but since two days I cannot use my PC!
I start the computer and log in. Everything seems normal but after 2-3 min. the screen just freezes and I can't do anything.
For some reason my sister's account works. To use my pc I always have to ask her for the password, that's annoying. I also created new accounts, but they do not work.
I tried to open the reset screen.. but I couldn't (idk whether I'm just too stupid or they changed it with Windows 10) find it.
I already asked in Microsoft's German help portal but nobody answered. So I really hope to get help here.
