Win 10 update problem

Lumia 1020 problem
From 8.1 update to win 10 tech prew, everything was fine until the win10 starts. Phone freezes when restoring data, and turn off the screen. No respond, wait 20min.
Volume down+power restart phone and I can see just start. There is no app they can open. Can PC restore the phone to win8? phone is in freeze.
Any help?
