My Windows phone 10 installation is stuck, how can I move past this?

iam updating my wp to tp 10 but from 20 min its still stucks on 0%

It does take a looong time... If in doubt, try a Soft Reset. Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about ten seconds).

It will reboot and the install process will start over fresh. Worked for me when I was stalled.

If the gears are still spinning, nothing is wrong. Don't soft reset or hard reset. Let it do It's thing. My 1520 took around 40mins to complete.
