reboot the phone while connected to the laptop . this way it will reinstall all the drivers again and might become visible in your recovery app. if not click on the my phone was not detected option on the app and follow the instructions good day

I just had to unplug my wife's 1320 and plug it back in and it found it. Might have to do it a couple of times while the recovery tool is on and requesting the phone to be plugged in.
