why i can't get windows 10 in lumia 1320 over celluar data ?

I updated my lumia 1320 to windows 8.1 update 2 but can't get windows 10 via cellular data . I wait long time but software update show cheek wi-fi connection.Many time try but same problem.

you could only download updates on wifi. there is this restriction. what you could do is start cellular hotspot in another device and use it on your lumia 1320 to download the update. good day

prsnlly i suggest you not to upgrade to win 10 TP for now. and wait for future builds with more stability. the current build is very buggy with fatal crashes good day

The update is only possible over Wifi, like all OS updated. This is not a problem but a fact. So if you want the update get a WiFi connection.
If you have 2 phones you can use internet sharing on the other phone and connect your 1320 to this "WiFi network" so in this case you can download it over WiFi.
